This was my last plate of Baleadas, a sad day for all Baleada lovers. This food kept me going strong for two years. Ingredients:Flour tortilla, refried beans, eggs and a sour cream like substance

I'm surprised there have not been more entries on baleadas in previous Duzer Times because they were pretty important in your life. Oh well, I think Baleada is just the Honduran word for Burrito, so we can make some when you get home
